Our supporters are the rocks upon which we stand and reach ever further toward our goals. We invite you to complete the membership form below and join us. We have several membership levels:

Star Membership:

There is no cost to becoming a Star Legacy Foundation member, but we welcome your donations. Basic members will be included on our newsletter distribution, and receive advance notice of events and opportunities and will be recognized on our website and in newsletters.

Friends of Star Legacy Foundation:

Star Legacy Friends are those individuals and who provide a one time donation such as a memorial donation or make an in-kind donation.

Champions:

Star Legacy Foundation Champions are individual or families that support the Foundation by holding fund raising events that contribute $2000 or more to the Foundation. Click here to learn more about the Champions program.

Sustaining Memberships:

Silver Star Membership – for a donation of $5 per month ($60 annually) or more you will become one of our valuable Silver Stars. Your donation can be automatically billed to your paypal account in any amount you specify. Silver Star members receive star membership benefits benefits plus our beautiful Star Legacy Pin.
Gold Star Membership – for a donation of $25 per month ($300 annually) or more you will become one of our valuable Gold Stars. Your donation can be automatically billed to your paypal account in any amount you specify on a monthly or annual basis. Gold Star members receive silver star membership benefits plus a copy of the musical CD From My Heart by Naomi Arnold – a mother of two stillborn children.
Platinum Star Membership – for a donation of $100 per month ($1200 annually) you will become a Platinum Star. Your donation can be automatically billed to your paypal account in any amount you specify. Platinum Star members receive Gold Star membership benefits plus a copy of the book They Were Still Born by Janel C. Atlas.
Diamond Star Membership – for an annual donation of $2000 or more you will become a Diamond Star. Diamond Star members receive Platinum Star membership benefits plus two tickets to the Annual Celebration of Hope Gala.

Corporate Stars:

Corporate Stars are businesses that support the Foundation either through cash donations or in-kind donations. Corporate Stars are recognized in Star Legacy Foundation newsletters, event publications and on our website.
